The Saiga 222 (Ver. 30) is a Russian-made, semi-automatic rifle manufactured by the Kalashnikov Concern. Chambered in the .222 Rem or 5.45x39mm cartridge, it utilizes the rugged, battle-tested AK-47/AKS-74U gas-piston operating mechanism. It is highly regarded for its reliability and sporterized yet tactical design. Version 30 models feature a side-folding polymer or synthetic stock, a pistol grip, and modern forend options for excellent ergonomics. Equipped with a multi-chamber muzzle brake for recoil management.
